- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: (But are not limited to) Source social media content from existing global content platforms and curate the format and caption copy to fit the client’s brief. Stay up to date with social media trends to propose social media content that is relevant and engaging. Use social media management tool such as Sprinklr to schedule social media posts and gather social media platform performance data. Assist in preparing monthly social media report to analyze and report on the clients’ performance on social media with recommendations for improvements. Work closely with the internal team to derive insights from the reports for improvements and future campaign activation strategy or tactic. EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields. Strong interest in social media and digital marketing. Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn & Tiktok). Good verbal and written communication skills.
