Preferably with a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or service operations, with some exposure to team supervision or shift coordination.
Experience in airport, hotel, healthcare, or service centre environments will be an added advantage.
Must know to communicate in 3 languages. Malay/Indonesian, English and Mandarin.

The role focuses on high-performance backend architecture, promotion algorithm development, and data integrity across distributed systems. The engineer will ensure accurate promotion computation, maintain system reliability under high transaction volumes, and collaborate closely with data pipelines and reporting systems. Understanding Return to Player (RTP) mechanics within gaming systems is required. On site and must be able to communicate in Mandarin.
