• Advantage to have a customer service, hospitality, healthcare support, or related field experience

• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia

• Mandarin or Indonesian speaking is an added advantage

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays

• Welcome and assist guests at the lounge area professionally

• Handle guest enquiries and provide information on lounge and hospital services

• Coordinate with concierge and transport teams to ensure smooth guest experience

• Maintain lounge cleanliness, comfort, and service quality

• Handle calls and messaging enquiries professionally

Remuneration Package

• Basic Salary: RM3,300.00 - RM3,500.00

• KPI Incentive: up to RM500.00/month

• Attendance Allowance: RM100.00/month

Working Arrangement

• Working Hours: 7AM – 10PM (Shift schedule)

• Working Days: Monday – Sunday, including Public Holidays

• 5 working days

• Senai International Airport, Johor Bahru, Malaysia (Onsite)
