Territory and Market Coverage: Systematically cover the assigned sales territory, postcode and industry segments. Build and maintain a complete customer database for the assigned territory. Identify underserved areas, new industrial developments and high-potential customer segments. Ensure regular customer visitation and market presence.
Sales Opportunity Creation: Understand customers’ operational requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions. Generate enquiries, quotations, demonstrations, site visits and project discussions. Maintain sufficient qualified opportunities to support future sales targets. Build a minimum sales pipeline of three to four times the monthly sales target.
