• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the construction industry• Experience or knowledge in Civil & Structural (C&S) works is an added advantage• Strong knowledge of contract administration, tendering and cost control• Familiar with construction drawings, specifications and contract documents• Experience in handling progress claims, variation orders and final accounts• Good negotiation, communication and analytical skills• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel• Familiarity with PAM, PWD/JKR or CIDB standard forms of contract is an advantage
Minimum a Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or in related field.
Possession of Certificate of Competency (COC), Professional Engineer (PE) registration, or other relevant industry certifications will be considered a distinct advantage and may enhance career progression opportunities.
At least 3 – 5 years relevant working experience in M&E construction, design, or facility management. Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in supervising and managing mechanical and electrical systems specifically within housing, residential, or commercial building projects in the construction/property development sector.
