Bachelor’s Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field• Minimum 2–5 years working experience in e-commerce or marketplace management• Strong experience handling Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and website marketplace operations• Good understanding of marketplace algorithms, campaign mechanics, and platform tools• Experience managing online campaigns, flash sales, mega campaigns, and promotional strategies• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data, traffic performance, and conversion reports• Familiar with seller center operations, product listing optimization, and digital merchandising• Experience in fashion, footwear, handbags, beauty, or lifestyle industry will be an added advantage• Good understanding of online customer behavior and e-commerce trends• Knowledge in digital marketing, online advertising, and marketplace ads management is preferred• Able to coordinate with multiple departments including marketing, warehouse, customer service, and livestream teams• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills• Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment• Responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously• Good time management and ability to meet campaign deadlines• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools• Familiar with e-commerce KPI such as GMV, conversion rate, CTR, ROAS, traffic, and basket size• Ability to monitor competitor trends and propose business growth strategies• Strong attention to detail in pricing, product listings, and operational execution• Able to work during campaign periods, weekends, or extended hours when required by operational needs• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin will be an added advantage• Experience managing team members or leading marketplace operations is preferred
