Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline. Relevant technical qualifications in electrical works advantageous.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electrical supervision within the construction industry; proven experience supervising electrical installation works, managing Site Supervisors and subcontractors; experience in progress monitoring, claims and documentation preferred; tender, procurement and P&L exposure advantageous.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, codes and standards; able to read/interpret electrical drawings and method statements; familiar with testing and commissioning procedures; proficient in AutoCAD/CAD and Microsoft Office; able to prepare site reports and project records; familiar with project claims, variation orders and completion documentation; basic understanding of project costing and procurement.
