Performing in audits for small to large companies in various industries.
Preparation of audit working papers and carry out compliance field work.
Knowledge of AXP Audit Software is advantageous.
Liaise and communicate with clients and other parties related to audit assignments.
Preparation and presentation of financial statements and ensure compliance with the disclosure requirements of the Companies Act 2016 and applicable approved accounting standards in Malaysia (MPERS).
Takaful advisor promote, sell and provide advice on various takaful products such as investment plan, income replacement, education plan,medical hospitalization plan, Hibah to individuals and organisations. They also work as intermediaries between individuals or organisations and insurance companies, and negotiate the best insurance policies for their clients, arranging takaful cover where needed. Takaful advisor engage with new prospective clients, provide them with quotes for their certificate needs, assist them in the signing of new insurance contracts and propose specific solutions to their specific problems.
1. To assist in performing accounting matters and assist in general administrative work.
2. To assist in preparing daily accounting entries, payment vouchers, petty cash vouchers, accounts receivable, statements of accounts/collections, and bank and invoice reconciliation.
3. To assist in issuing payments through cheque, online banking, rentas, TT, etc.
4. To assist in preparing and update of sales invoices, vouchers, receipts, debit notes, and credit notes with proper documentation.
5. To assist in payment collection and prepare the collection report.
6. To prepare and review employee monthly expenses claims.
7. To maintain proper filing system and ensure traceability of documents.
8. To perform general and daily administrative duties including photocopy, fax, and mailing.
9. To provide other administrative support and any other ad hoc duties/tasks required by Management from time to time.
