Diploma or Degree in Film, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field

Proficient in CapCut, Jian Ying, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects

Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay (Mandarin is required as this role works closely with Mandarin-speaking agents and clients, and will handle content in Mandarin)

Minimum 2-3 year of relevant experience

Basic knowledge of camera handling, lighting, and audio equipment

Familiarity with AI tools will be added advantage

Creative, independent, and able to meet deadlines

Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for marketing, social media, and internal communication purposes.

Plan and execute video shoots (camera, lighting, audio)

Create content for TikTok, YouTube, XiaoHongShu, Instagram & Facebook

Repurpose videos into different formats for multiple platforms

Work closely with the marketing team on content ideas
