Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field

Good command of spoken and written English

Confident in communicating, presenting and engaging with clients

Interested in business development, client relationship management and training

Proactive, target-oriented and comfortable with client follow-ups

Interest or knowledge in banking, finance or capital markets is an advantage

Experience in sales, business development, public speaking or training is an advantage

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Conduct outbound calls and on-site visits with existing and potential corporate clients to build relationships and identify opportunities

Understand client needs and introduce suitable training solutions based on their requirements

Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations and presentations

Coordinate with clients and trainers to deliver training programmes

Develop training materials and support business development initiatives

Conduct and co-facilitate training programmes, workshops and briefings
