Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduates and candidates without prior sales experience are welcome to apply (training provided).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential customers.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about achieving sales targets.

• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Willing to learn about heavy industrial machinery products, technical specifications, and applications.

• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams.

• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage customer enquiries and follow-ups.

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM systems.

• Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and customer-oriented mindset.

• Experience in industrial equipment, machinery, or B2B sales will be an added advantage but is not compulsory.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the heavy industrial and machinery sector in the Klang area, leveraging market research and networking to generate leads.

• Manage and nurture customer relationships using CRM tools, ensuring consistent communication and addressing client needs promptly and effectively.

• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations (virtually or in person) to showcase the features and benefits of our heavy machinery solutions to prospective clients.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations, tailoring solutions to meet specific client requirements and budget constraints.

• Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company profitability goals.

• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns targeting key industries and customer segments.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product portfolio, including technical specifications and applications, to provide informed recommendations to clients.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of Expanxion Industries.

• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, outlining sales activities, progress, and challenges encountered.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
