As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers with enquiries, appointments, feedback, and operation support across multiple communication channels. Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, social media, WhatsApp, and other company communication channels.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
Provide accurate information regarding the company's products, services, and promotions.
Handle customer complaints with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency while ensuring timely resolution.
Escalate cases to the relevant departments and follow up until the issue is fully resolved.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, cases, and resolutions in the CRM system or other designated platforms.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and issue resolution.
Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues, providing recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and operational processes.
Meet individual and team KPIs, including response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and service quality standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and consistent information.
Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned by the Company.
Responsibilities
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Service, or a related field. (Relevant working experience may be considered in lieu of qualifications.)
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, call centre, or a related role.
Comfortable working with computers, digital communication platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage to support Mandarin-speaking customers.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Patient, empathetic, and customer-oriented with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
