职位描述

任职资格

  • Diploma / STPM or above in marketing, broadcasting, digital media or related field.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves communication in Mandarin.
  • At least 1 year of experience in content creation on brand, new media or e-commerce platforms
  • Have independent cases of completing graphic content, short video scripts or event content planning.
  • Familiar with the operational logic and popular content styles of social media platforms such as Tiktok,IG, FB and Red Note (XHS)
  • Understand basic content marketing strategics, such as pain point copywriting, seeding copywriting and conversion scripts.
  • Have a certain understanding of brand positioning and audience needs.
  • Posses basic graphic design knowledge and be able to use Canva / Photoshop for visual layout,cover creation and other basic graphic editing tasks.

岗位职责

  • Create visually appealing daily creative assets, including XiaoHongShu (XHS) cover designs, Instagram Story templates, promotional posters, and other social media visuals with a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Plan engaging content and write compelling scripts by transforming product features and selling points into creative, audience-focused content.
  • Develop platform-specific content tailored to each social media channel, including content for XiaoHongShu (XHS) and Instagram.
  • Confidently appear on camera to produce voice-over videos, product demonstrations, educational content, and other engaging video formats.
  • Possess a natural on-camera presence with basic presentation and performance skills, and be willing to appear in videos to create a more authentic and relatable brand image.
  • Stay passionate about content creation, continuously learn new trends and creative techniques, and collaborate effectively with the editing team to deliver high-quality content efficiently.
