The Toolkit: Hands-on experience with short-form editing and design tools (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or Photoshop).

Wordsmith Basics: Strong written English. You can craft clear, punchy captions that match our brand voice.

Behind-the-Lens Comfort: You love directing, setting up shots, and framing high-quality footage—no on-camera work required.

Vibe Check: Proactive, fast on your feet, open to constructive feedback, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points: Fluent in Mandarin (a huge plus for our audience reach!) or experience running your own personal creative accounts.

Edit Short-Form Video: Chop up raw footage into high-performing Reels, TikToks, and Shorts. You'll layer in punchy text, fast pacing, and viral hooks to keep viewers watching.

Support On-Set Production: Step behind the camera during shoots, events, or on-ground recordings to handle basic equipment setup, lighting, and framing—no on-camera performance required.
