Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Basic math and computer skills (able to operate POS system).

Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred (but not required, training provided).

Honest, reliable, and responsible in handling money and transactions.

Friendly personality with good communication skills.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Ability to stand for long periods during working hours.

Handle daily cash, card, and e-wallet transactions accurately and efficiently.

Provide excellent customer service at the counter, including processing fuel payments and in-store purchases.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier counter and shop area.

Reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.

Assist in restocking shelves, displays, and coolers when needed.

Report discrepancies, safety hazards, or incidents to the supervisor/manager promptly.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
