Job description:

• Cost estimates for interior fit-out and renovation works including materials, finishes, furnishings.

• Calculate material quantities, labor costs, and overall project budgets to ensure project milestones are achievable.

• Monitor project costs against budgets and provide value engineering options to maintain financial efficiency.

• Review and analyze contractor bids and tender submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Administer contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

• Manage progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts in coordination with site and project teams.

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of construction materials and on-site inventory levels.

• Maintain detailed documentation on project progress, materials usage, and prepare regular project reports.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and site personnel to facilitate smooth communication and project alignment.

• Provide guidance on legal issues and assist in resolving disputes related to construction law and contract terms.

• Develop and nurture positive working relationships with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.

• Job requirement:

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
