Requirements

  • Basic computer and data entry skills.

  • Able to work independently and meet targets.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Prior telemarketing, customer service, or data collection experience is an advantage.

  • Students, fresh graduates, and part-timers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and WhatsApp outreach to collect and verify information.

  • Ensure all collected data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

  • Update records and maintain proper documentation in the company's database.

  • Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.

  • Perform follow-up calls/messages when required.

  • Meet assigned daily and monthly data collection targets.

  • Report progress and completed tasks to the supervisor.
