Location: Bangsar South, KL (accessible by LRT Kerinchi)

Monitor daily transaction processing and operational activities.

Assist in investigating transaction issues and service disruptions.

Prepare operational reports and perform data validation.

Support UAT and system enhancement testing.

Maintain operational documentation and process workflows.

Coordinate with internal teams on issue tracking and follow-up.
