• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, or related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation.

• Passion for the automotive industry is highly preferred.

• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing tools.

• Strong photography, videography, and copywriting skills.

• Familiarity with Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads is an advantage.

• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Possess a valid driving license.

Marketing & Brand Development

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.

• Plan and manage promotional campaigns for workshop services, tyres, air conditioning, radiator services, maintenance packages, and seasonal offers.

• Build partnerships with corporate clients, insurance companies, fleet operators, and automotive communities.

• Monitor marketing performance and prepare monthly reports on campaign effectiveness.

Content Creation

• Create engaging content including photos, videos, reels, TikTok videos, and graphics related to workshop activities.

• Capture before-and-after repair projects, customer testimonials, vehicle maintenance tips, and behind-the-scenes workshop operations.

• Write compelling captions, promotional materials, blogs, and marketing copy.

• Stay updated with automotive trends and create relevant content to increase audience engagement.

Social Media Management

• Manage the company’s Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

• Develop and maintain a content calendar.

• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages professionally.

• Grow social media followers and improve engagement rates.

Digital Marketing

• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.

• Optimize workshop visibility through Google Business Profile and local SEO.

• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.

Photography & Videography

• Conduct basic photography and videography for vehicles, workshop services, products, and events.

• Edit photos and videos using relevant software and mobile applications.

• Ensure all content aligns with company branding guidelines.
