任职资格
Minimum SPM qualification.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Retail or cashier experience is an added advantage but not required.
岗位职责
Assist customers in selecting products and provide product knowledge when needed.
Handle cashier duties including payment processing and issuing receipts.
Arrange, display, and replenish stock in the shop.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail area.
Keep track of stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
Assist in receiving and checking stock deliveries.
Handle customer inquiries and provide good after-sales service.
Support other retail operations as assigned by the supervisor.
