Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as Retail Operation Supervisor in any retail business, Department Store experience preferred.

Pleasant, strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a positive attitude.

Presentable, vibrant and outgoing candidates.

Minimum SPM with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Able to work on retail hours, weekends & public holidays.

Must be disciplined and committed.

Good Microsoft Office skills with the ability to generate reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries on products and services.

Assisting in all aspects of outlet, especially product display, merchandising and outlet cleanliness.

Build and maintain good rapport with customers.

Manage and coordinate promotional events with all related parties.

Ensure stocks and merchandise displays are proper and sufficient throughout the day.

Supervise staff and promoter’s manpower coverage, discipline and conduct are in accordance to the Company's policies and regulations.

Manage daily operational activities on selling floor which includes staff and promoters providing the appropriate service standards to customers, shopping environment and customer's facilities.
