Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to existing customers and introduce relevant household products and services.- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.- Explain product features, benefits and available promotions.- Follow up with potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.- Maintain customer records and update sales activities.- Work towards individual sales targets with guidance and support from the team.
