Manage all receipts of outlets, includes cash, card payment and e-wallet payment. Ensure no missing payments for all sales made and safe keep cash received.
Ensure outlet operation guide is adhere to by outlet and staff at all time.
Ensure best customer experience provided to all outlet customers, and handle issues and complaint raised by customers adequately.

Classes will be conducted in between Monday - Friday 12pm - 6pm or 7pm-10pm, Saturday - Sunday 9am-6pm (not fully hours). You may choose any class in between the time with suit your available slot.

Assist in handling industrial relation (IR) related matters such as disciplinary matters, non-performance, counselling, investigation, domestic Inquiry and maintaining related disciplinary records.
Assist in preparing memo, formulating policies, forms related to Human Resource functions.
