The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across APAC, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer management. The role will cover a broad range of positions across technology (e.g., engineering, data, infrastructure) as well as corporate functions (e.g., HR, finance, legal, and operations), with a focus on delivering high-quality hiring outcomes in a competitive market.
Reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, this individual will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and drive timely execution of recruitment processes.
