Tender Submission: Prepare and assemble complete tender documentation, including Bill of Quantities (BQ) pricing, technical compliance schedules, equipment specification sheets, and required administrative documentation to meet hard deadlines.
Tender Clarifications: Attend tender interview meetings with clients, consultants, or main contractors to justify costings, answer technical/commercial queries, and present value-engineering options.
Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and variation orders (VOs) to main contractors/clients.
