As a HR strategist, you will work with HR Director, Global HR, other HR Managers, Management and other Departments in the annual and midterm plans/projects to achieve company mid-long-term goal. This includes review of hygiene factors, including necessary frameworks, specific schemes to targeted groups and systems to be in place.
The Manager will be the gate keeper in the timeliness and accuracy of employee related payments (including annual cycles). It is a primary role to review these payments and keep a systematic cycle to this. The Manager will collaborate with relevant departments, vendors and stakeholders to achieve this objective.
