Traceability & WMS Upkeep: Ensure all incoming raw materials are properly labeled (e.g., lot numbers, batch codes, barcodes) and tracked accurately within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP software.
Storage Optimization: Maximize warehouse space efficiency based on material types, ensuring appropriate storage conditions (e.g., climate control, hazardous material isolation) are maintained.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce all safety regulations (OSHA standards) regarding the handling of bulk materials, chemical storage, and the operation of material-handling equipment like forklifts and reach trucks....
Oversee the loading of deliveries and shipments, ensuring correct quantities, safe handling, and adherence to delivery schedules.
Ensure all orders are accurately picked, packed, and labelled according to customer requirements and timelines.
Record all delivery orders in a logbook and promptly report any inventory discrepancies, damages, or operational issues to the Branch Manager, along with proposed corrective actions....
