- Requirements-Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Fabrication, Welding Technology, or a related field.-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fabrication, welding, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or a similar technical environment, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.-Strong knowledge and experience in fabrication processes, including cutting, fitting, welding, grinding, drilling, bending, and assembly.-Good knowledge of welding processes such as MIG/MAG, TIG, SMAW, or other relevant welding methods.-Able to read and interpret fabrication drawings, engineering drawings, welding symbols, specifications, and technical documents.-Knowledge of materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and other engineering materials.-Experience in managing fabrication manpower, production schedules, materials, tools, and workshop activities.-Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Able to work independently and manage multiple projects or priorities effectively.-Willing to travel to project sites or airport stations when required.-Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.-Experience in Ground Support Equipment (GSE) fabrication or manufacturing will be an added advantage.-Knowledge of relevant welding/fabrication standards and certifications will be an added advantage.-Willing base at RTB Bukit Changgang, Banting. ...
