• Building and maintaining close relationships with relevant stakeholders and supporting internal functions.• Adhere to department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in complying with audit, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.• Perform other responsibilities or projects assigned under the Group or Bank’s initiatives.Jobholder RequirementsEducation/Qualification• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Finance, Banking, Business Management, or a relevant field.• Required certifications: PCE (Life/General), CEILLI, and FIMM/IPPC (Unit Trust/Banca) as applicable to the license requirements.Experience• Wealth Executive: 0 - 2 years of sales experience in financial services.• Senior Wealth Executive / Associate Wealth Manager: 3 years and above of relevant experience in wealth management or priority banking.Special Skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on financial planning.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with high-net-worth clients.• Proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong drive for results.
