When exercising the duties during work days, specific responsibilities and authorities of the HR & Admin Managerinclude:1. Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR / Payroll & Administration. Handle company's recruitment,interview, selection, and hiring processes, in line with the Quality Management.2. Able to provide ongoing performance management guidance to managers and supervisors and the administration of progressive discipline among the employees of the company; seeking the advice from the company’s employment law attorney as and when required.3. Maintain and review all employee files and ensure that the files are kept safely in an organized manner.4. Revise and update employees job descriptions as and when necessary; and come up with training programmes according to the company’s practices and according to the provisions of the employment act.5. Schedule and manage orientation programmes for new hires and oversee the completion of the annual employee satisfaction survey.6. Review appraisal forms and where applicable transmit the necessary changes to payroll for the local and overseas branches.7. Schedule and lead the training of supervisors on HR topics such as employee management, employment act and its latest revisions. Work with supervisors to address any staff problems such as employee discipline and misconduct within the organization.8. Conduct timely and detailed investigations on written complaints on employee conduct or attitude problemswhen working from their supervisor. Where deemed appropriate report the matter to the CEO.9. Supervising day to day operations of the administrative department and its staff members.10. Hiring, training and evaluating employees; and taking corrective action as and when necessary.11. Develop, review and improve on the Company’s administrative systems and department policies andprocedures.
