Prepare briefing notes, presentation decks and management summaries for internal decision-making, board or partner discussions, including proposal papers for new project launches, landbanking, diversification into construction trading or related businesses, and money-lending opportunities.
Coordinate follow-up actions arising from CEO meetings with internal departments (project, sales & marketing, finance, legal, construction, treasury, etc.) and external parties (agents, consultants, bankers, landowners, investors), ensuring timelines, responsibilities and key decisions are clearly tracked.
