Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Support / Hardware Support team member to provide after-sales support and maintenance for existing computer servers.
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification.
0–1 year of working experience; fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
Able to communicate primarily in Mandarin and English.
Possess basic knowledge of computer software and hardware.
Willing to learn and undergo on-the-job training.
Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Responsibilities
Provide after-sales support to existing customers.
Handle maintenance of existing operating and non-operating servers.
Assist with basic computer hardware and software-related support.
Troubleshoot and follow up on server or hardware-related issues when required.
Provide general sales and technical support as assigned.
