Ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a relevant field Knowledge of basic accounting principles (PnL, Balance Sheet, Subledger VS GL, Accruals, Debits/Credits, Monthly closure) Advanced excel skills (pivot tables & look up functionality) Effective communicative level of English Additional language skills would be an advantage Good analytical skills Collaboriative & inclusive personality Proactive approach to adopt changes Good communication and influencing skills
Effectively question and listen to your customers to enable you to fully understand both new & existing customer’s financial circumstances and needs.
Operate within a customer facing capacity in branch, generating revenue growth by meeting and exceeding customer needs; maximising opportunities across all retail customer segments by selling simple retail products (Cards, PIL, Balance Build and other retail products)
