Requirements:- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.- Experience in payroll administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.- Good knowledge of Malaysian payroll practices and statutory requirements.- Experience handling statutory submissions such as PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and CP8D.- Experience with expatriate payroll and tax administration is an advantage.- Familiarity with FlexHR or other payroll systems is an added advantage.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting.- Responsible, analytical and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
