Prepare periodic and ad hoc HR reports related to recruitment activities.
Conduct orientation training for new joiners and assist in coordinating onboarding arrangements such as workstation allocation, stationery preparation, staff profile creation in the HR system, access card activation, and office familiarization.
Support other human resource functions, including but not limited to compensation and benefits, performance appraisals, training and development, and HR administration as required.
