Oversee the daily operations of the office, including facility management, safety, and office supply management.
Handling contract employee weekly & bi-weekly attendance checking, update abnormal attendance to consultant, advise employee to close/feedback on abnormal attendance.
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, contract renewal, confirmation, and all HR related letters.
In charge of new contract employee onboarding briefing, follow up latest changes on onboarding and constantly update the deck for briefing purposes.
