Zacklim Flat Floor Specialist Sdn Bhd is a leading floor specialist founded in Malaysia. Initially established as Zacklim Industrial Works Sdn Bhd in 1984, the company has accumulated vast experience in constructing factories, warehouses, and cleanrooms. Among its early notable projects were Western Digital and Nestlé Distribution Center.

In 1998, Zacklim Industrial Works Sdn Bhd (ZIW) was appointed as the main contractor for the Nestlé Distribution Centre. During the 1990s, there were no reputable floor specialists in Malaysia capable of delivering superflat floors. This presented an opportunity for Zacklim Industrial Works Sdn Bhd to venture into the superflat flooring business. Collaborating with an Australian specialist team comprising consultants and skilled personnel, the company utilized state-of-the-art SOMERO® laser screeding machines. Over the years, Zacklim Group has evolved a team of certified floor specialists, renowned in Malaysia and many parts of the Asian region for producing world-class floors.

In 2000, Zacklim Flat Floor Specialist Sdn Bhd was established and incorporated with the mission of producing world-standard quality floor finishes that are flat, level, and long-lasting. Their flagship project, IKEA car park at Mutiara Damansara, completed in 2003, remains one of the most outstanding car parks in Malaysia.
