Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience; MBA is advantageous. * At least 10 years of successful sales experience in capital medical equipment, medical imaging, medical devices, medical IT, or related fields * Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships across a large geographic territory * Experience in both direct and indirect (channel/intermediary) sales is preferred * Fluent in English
Technical / Functional Expertise * Strong understanding of the national healthcare landscape, including policy and legislative changes affecting Imaging * Practical knowledge of workflow within and around Radiology and understanding of roles of clinicians, staff, and administrators * Strong knowledge of Imaging technologies (especially DR) and related medical systems * Understanding of company and competitor landscape, with ability to position offerings effectively * Excellent DR and IT product knowledge and applicability in customer environments * Ability to represent multiple product portfolio items and create technically appropriate proposals using quoting systems * Capability in product demonstrations and creating solution migration paths * Experience in developing and managing business planning and tracking tools with intermediaries * Strong territory management, sales strategy development, and forecasting skills * Proficiency in CRM tools and territory data management
