Assist Inside Sales with overall Quote to Order objectives including loading SDT (Sales Desktop) quotes under 50 line items, forwarding quotes in PDF format to Quote Center, monitoring PM views, updating quote extensions, ordering samples and coordinating contract signature completion with legal.
The candidate will deliver high-quality customer service across all channels, handling enquiries, complaints and registrations accurately and professionally. They will maintain accurate customer data and comply with safeguarding, financial and information security requirements. They will identify opportunities to recommend relevant British Council products and services, support bookings, payments, refunds and customer communications, and provide customer insights to support continuous improvement. They will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of British Council products, services and policies.
