Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to calls and messages from Dealers regarding orders, deliveries, and applications.
  • Review and approve new Dealer registrations, and correct inaccurate information.
  • Assist in resolving lost or damaged parcel issues with courier partners.
  • Ensure that orders recorded in the system match the items dispatched from the warehouse.
  • Review stock reports to ensure inventory information remains accurate.
  • Prepare stock lists and documentation for booths and events.
  • Assist in updating customer support response templates, FAQs, and workflows.
  • Record and clearly escalate complex cases to the relevant teams.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable communicating in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, verbally and in writing.
  • Detail-oriented and quick to identify discrepancies or errors.
  • Familiar with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and WhatsApp Business.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in customer service or retail, including part-time work.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
