Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations, including guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest services.
• Ensure excellent guest experiences and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Supervise, guide, and support front office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle guest complaints, requests, and service recovery professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor room availability, occupancy, room assignments, and front desk activities.
• Ensure accurate billing, cashiering, shift closing, and proper handling of guest payments.
• Conduct regular inspections of front office operations and public areas to maintain hotel standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Previous supervisory experience is required; experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service and guest complaint-handling abilities.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
