Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the hospitality industry?

Sleeping Lion Genting Highlands is looking for a hands-on and motivated Assistant HR Manager to join our team and be part of our new hotel journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment, manpower planning, and onboarding.

Oversee daily HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee records.

Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and staff welfare.

Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and HR policies.

Coordinate training, staff engagement, and HR development initiatives.

Work closely with the Hotel Manager and HODs to support hotel operations.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

4–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the hotel industry.

Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.

Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently.

Willing to be based in Genting Highlands.
