We are looking for an Admin & Sales Support Executive to assist with our daily showroom operations, customer enquiries, sales administration and online marketplace orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administrative and sales support duties
• Attend to walk-in showroom customers and customer enquiries
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders and other sales documents
• Key in and maintain sales, customer and stock records using AutoCount
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders and payments
• Coordinate stock availability, customer orders and delivery arrangements
• Process and manage online orders
• Assist with product listings, pricing and stock updates on e-commerce platforms
• Handle Shopee Seller Centre and TikTok Shop Seller Center when required
• Assist with SiteGiant product and inventory management when required

Requirements:

• MUST have experience using AutoCount
• Experience in administration, sales support or customer service
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic Microsoft Excel / computer skills
• Responsible, organized and able to work independently
• Able to assist customers in a showroom environment

Added Advantage:

• Experience using SiteGiant
• Experience with Shopee Seller Centre
• Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center
• Experience managing e-commerce product listings, orders and inventory

Candidates with experience in both sales administration and e-commerce operations will be given preference.

Notes: Interview arrangement: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a face-to-face interview at our temporary office/workplace in Subang, as our Seri Kembangan showroom is currently under renovation. The permanent working location for this position will be Seri Kembangan.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
