Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a calendar of wellness programs, events, and campaigns for corporate clients.
• Customize health and wellness initiatives to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client.
• Provide on-the-ground support and supervision during wellness events to ensure a smooth and engaging participant experience.
• Monitor the effectiveness of wellness programs and suggest improvements to enhance outcomes.
• Conduct briefings and training sessions for outlets or executors involved in wellness activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support new events, initiatives, and projects in line with the company’s direction.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the superior to support business and client engagement goals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Dietetics, Nutrition, Public Health, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience in event planning or wellness program coordination is an advantage (fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome to apply).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events and clients simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia), with confidence to engage with corporate clients and senior management.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for health and wellness.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to client locations within KL, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, and surrounding areas.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
