The inception of Alpro Pharmacy dates back to February 1st, 2002, when Ph Low Swee Siong and his partner Ph Hiew Fei Tsong embarked on their journey into the pharmacy business following the completion of their compulsory pharmacy service at a local hospital. Having garnered experience from various positions within Kuala Lumpur's leading pharmacies, Ph Low gradually realized the need for a shift towards a more customer-centric approach in the industry. Dissatisfied with the traditional, price-oriented methods prevalent in many pharmacies, he sought to redefine the standard of service offered.

Over the past decade, Alpro Pharmacy has undergone remarkable growth and expansion, driven by its commitment to personalized pharmaceutical care and exceptional customer service. From its humble beginnings, Alpro has established a strong presence across Negeri Sembilan, Selangor, and Penang. In 2011, Alpro solidified its position by establishing its headquarters in Sendayan Techvalley, housing five key departments: Operations, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, and Warehouse Logistics.
