FOOD & BEVERAGE OUTLET MANAGER

Pre-Opening Team | Wyndham Semporna Resort, Sabah

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure excellent guest service and food quality.
• Establish outlet SOPs, service standards, operating procedures, and opening readiness plans.
• Manage outlet revenue, food and beverage costs, inventory, wastage, and operational expenses.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the F&B team to deliver consistent service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop promotional initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and outlet revenue.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hotel or resort F&B experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Previous hotel pre-opening experience will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, cost control, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin-speaking ability will be an advantage.
• Hands-on, service-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be based in Semporna, Sabah.

Pay: From RM45,600.00 per year
