1. Online Closing

• Handle enquiries from Facebook Ads, Xiaohongshu, WhatsApp and community groups

• Understand each customer’s needs and health situation, recommend suitable products, and close the order

• Address common concerns on price, benefits and delivery before purchase

• All conversations and sales must be recorded in the Company system (YCloud); private collection of payment or off-system dealing is not permitted

2. Retention and Repeat Purchase

• Proactively remind customers to reorder based on product consumption cycles

• Follow up on dormant customers to reduce churn

• Record customer preferences and dietary restrictions so every recommendation fits

3. After-Sales and Customer Relationships

• Resolve delivery, product and exchange issues with a clear response within 24 hours

• Collect customer feedback and genuine reviews, and pass them to the product and content teams

4. Data and Collaboration

• Update sales and follow-up records daily so data remains verifiable

• Work with the social media and operations teams to convert content- and ad-driven traffic into orders
