1. Clinical & Medication Support

• Apply professional pharmacy knowledge to assess and handle medication requests accurately, including minor ailment dispensing, chronic medication refill, oncology medication coordination, and product-related inquiries across digital platforms.
• Provide evidence-based explanations to patients regarding medication usage, interactions, contraindications, alternatives, and follow-up requirements.
• Ensure all medication dispensing and advisory practices follow Alpro’s Telemedicine SOPs, pharmacy regulations, and safety protocols to minimise risks and ensure patient safety.

2. Cross-Functional Communication

• Collaborate closely with pharmacy outlets for prescription verification, stock checks, medication sourcing, and patient follow-up actions.
• Work with clinics and the telemedicine team to ensure alignment on medical advice, prescriptions, and post-consultation care plans.
• Coordinate with the procurement team on stock availability, product updates, patient reservations, and medication supply challenges.
• Facilitate smooth communication between all departments to ensure accurate, coordinated, and efficient problem-solving for patients.

3. Platform Monitoring, Quality Assurance & Reporting

• Monitor the performance of the digital pharmacy and telemedicine platforms, including case volume, turnaround time, medication fulfilment status, and service bottlenecks.
• Track, analyse, and interpret key operational and clinical metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Compile and present reports to management on service quality, patient feedback, medication issues, and performance indicators.
• Participate in internal audits and quality review sessions to maintain high standards of medical and operational governance.

4. Working Arrangement & Operational Flexibility

• Able to work weekends and public holidays by rotation to ensure service continuity for patients.
• Support offsite or work-from-home operations as part of digital pharmacy workflow requirements.
• Contribute to online sales and campaign activities when aligned with pharmaceutical advisory scope and professional practice.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
