Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a nursery or horticultural setting.

Knowledge of plant care, cultivation techniques, and pest/disease management.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in an outdoor environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Basic understanding of nursery equipment operation is a plus.

Assist in the daily operations of the nursery, including planting, watering, fertilizing, and pest control.

Monitor plant health and growth, identifying and reporting any issues to the supervisor.

Prepare soil and potting media according to established standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of nursery facilities and equipment.

Support propagation activities, including seed sowing and vegetative propagation.

Assist with inventory management of plants, supplies, and equipment.

Perform general nursery maintenance tasks as needed.
