Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Secondary School Certificate

  • Good communication skills (Mandarin-speaking preferred)

  • Friendly, customer-oriented personality

  • Able to work well in a team environment

  • Prior experience in retail or hardware shop is an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in customers and provide product recommendations

  • Handle sales transactions and operate the cash register

  • Monitor stock levels and arrange merchandise neatly

  • Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and presentable

  • Support in-store promotions and marketing campaigns
